Even in the strangest event that eating each other became accepted, kinda like how taz struggles to be accepted as somebody with an iq higher then rock, it would not matter as far as "Gourmet" goes. Everyone eats differently, different diets, some unhealthy and some healthy. No one person would have the same texture or quality.
