Basically as long as something maintains a stable orbit around a black hole's gravitational feild it can not be drawn into the universal singularity.

As for how they move with relationship to singularity I have no clue, never studyed to far into it.

Doe's the singularity stay stationary or can it move?
How far can a black hole travel in relations to the singularity?
