Admin abuse: T3h tyrant

I was just banned from the ZM server (and I assume the GG and the other ones) because T3h tyrant would not enforce the very rules of ZM. There was a player abusing a 'safespot' where absolutely no-one can reach him (the tube on Death Star). The player in question could not be reached because "there was no air" in the spawns so it was impossible to circle back and get him or ztele back. I (and others) were demanding that he intervene but he refused saying it's not against the rules (?!) Since when it is it not against the rules to camp somewhere where no-one can find you? And "disrespecting an admin".. HA that's a fucking joke. I guess you get a little power of Godhood when you pay $11.

So dear T3h tyrant: Go fuck yourself and thanks for making everyone wait 3 minutes for some ASSHOLE who's abusing a glitch in the map.

Lying to the players about what is and isn't allowed, then calling me a stupid cunt doesn't help your case. Oh and BTW:

ok one of you people give me the time of the map and i will put up the demo so we can get down to the bottom of this. but what it sounds like me is that you deserve a bad for admin disrespect but the admin also deserves a warning for using powers when he shouldn't have b/c everyone knows that respect it a 2 way road.

Okay so i fucked up? This is my first time being admin its a learning experience and something i enjoy doing. Also im sorry for not telling squishy to get down from that spot. Either way you called me a bitch so i banned you get over it its not like its a perma ban so just wait it out.

The time of the map was 3:50 EST (I think) I got banned 01-05-12 04:56 and I think that time is central because it's 4:26 AM right now on the East coast. The map was still in session when the incident happened. The map was ze_death_star_escape_v4_3, or at least that's the only Death Star map showing up in my steam downloads folder. I'm always happy to abide by admin rules and dictation, but not when said admin is breaking the rules himself. That being said, thanks for your intervention in this matter.

VII. Respect
1) Players that disrespect others
2) Player continuously nags others and continues despite reasonable requests to silence including mutes and kicks
3) Players that disrespect Admins or <ibis>
A) Player that nags an admin repeatedly despite being told to
B) Player that is not respectful of someone of a higher position
C) Flipping out at an admin after being told to
a) Cursing
b) Screaming into mic
c) Ranting about how the admin, ect is gay ect.

Being new isn't a crime, and I can sympathize since I've never been an expert at anything new. But I'm not expecting you to BE an expert. Even new people can see things that are RIGHT and WRONG. Or at least you could check the rules to see if he was breaking them.

But yes, what happened happened and to be clear, earlier when I said you called me a "stupid cunt" I don't mean you literally said those words; I meant that you insulted my intelligence over something I knew I was in the right about. I don't remember your exact phrasing, but you were basically telling me not to get admin because I didn't know the rules (some irony there) after I was getting mad and swore up and down that if another person did it then I'd personally buy admin just to put a stop to it. For the record I do feel a little childish for calling you a bitch because it was very childish. I could've handled that much better, maybe even linked the page or something, I don't know.
