no the people who are pushing this bill big time are the record company's and the movie company's who fund elections campaigns and people think if they don't make them happy then they might quit funding there campaigns. but these sites are saying if the bill goes threw they might shut down in protest its kinda like when people don't like wages so they go on strike and make a picket line.
