an ibis mmo guild?

Yes, yet another crazy idea from mikey. This idea began growing when Maynard started an ibis guild in star wars, unfortunately people don't like that game as much as we expected but what if the ibis guild forbswtor was a universal guild that encompassed multiple mmos.
A guild that was active in Gw 2, Diablo lll, and other games.

Now it might sound stupid at first but when you look at the long term affects it could be very rewarding for this community. The biggest pitch ill make is that it would bring a lot more people to our community which would help it grow even more then it is now. Think of it as an ibis community expansion so to speak.

The current layout

The ibis guild would have its own website for raid, event and social planning.
I currently have such a site set up but am waiting on zeros approval before accepting people.

Forum rules would be hyper linked back to our home community forums ibisgaming and members would be required to register here and read our tos.

Is work with who ever is interested with creating rules specifically for the guild and in game, which ever game it may be.

Create a guild motto like, "IBIS, a CSS community who plays other games"

I'm on the bus and have to listen to loud as people. Losing my train of thought will update later.

There is still much to be.disscused revolving this idea, which is why posted it, for your suggestions.

Update: for those not directly involved with the guild, we could create sticky threads here links CSS players who enjoy these games to there respective guild page on the ibis guild planning site?
Also keep in mind, the website idea can be killed if zero volunteers to add sub forums for each game and an ibis guild catagory here on ibisgaming.com along with adding MMO organizing features

Although I do like this idea, this is Zero's CS:S clan, and I would very much like to hear his thoughts about this.

IBIS guild in GW2? Fuck yea... Other than CS:S, that is were I will be spending my future time in gaming... Possibly D3... We shall see...

if you haven't noticed there's fuck all for people who play MMO's in this community, and half of the ones who do play with real life friends. no ones gonna commit 2 everytime they play a mmo, they play with the same people, it's just a dumb idea.

you leading anything with the ibis name, I'm against. you wana make your own ibis guild, go for it, but you're not clan and given you constantly fuck up when you drink and act like a meat head, you're not the person 2 be representing this clan and or community.

when im not in control and have nothing to loss yes, but when it comes to having real responsibility its a whole different story. as of late it hasn't even been the way you described either, no where near it. Im 100% confident in my leadership abilities.

You do not have to be apart of the idea if you dislike it

lol it's not just zero's clan or community, it's the clans clan. It's as much my clan, rapes, anex's and every other clan members as it is Zero's. and you might be 100% faithful in your abilities but you're the only person who is, so I could really care less. and given 2 weeks ago we had 2 discuss your drinking, it's hardly in the past or something that's not an issue... not 2 mention the week before that I was given a demo of you threatening 2 ban people just cause you were drunk... and 2 weeks before that you were getting complaints also lol....

Who said he was gonna lead it? I'm thinking of Zero making a multi-gaming spin off... Now that I think about it for a few minutes... That's a massive fucking amount of gaming and bullshit to control. Although a good leading idea, I'm not seeing how it would work out so well in the end.

Maynard you can lead the GW2 clan.. YOU WILL PLAY IT WITH ME! Honestly though, I would most likely join the GM side guild I am already in. =P
