Just a glitch. It happens often. Don't know if this happens across multiple screens as a server derp or just a computer glitch. Probably a glitch with one's own file because whenever it happens to me, no one else says a thing. And when other people claim the same, everyone is human on my screen. So whenever you see this happen, carry on with what you're doing. Your teammate won't eat your brains.... yet

It's an individual glitch that can be fixed by allowing all downloads from the server. A friendly zombie implies that the zombie at hand is preventing other fellow zombies crime tagging or helping humans in any way.
