They were talking about a season three actually. But the director said its still in discussion last time i checked. It would cost them a lot of money, and i dont think HBO is willing to shell out that kind of cash.

DEXTER is by far the most creative show ive ever seen.
It's on showtime, but it's about a guy who is a cop who investigates serial killers. He goes and looks for the serial killers, catches them and starts to torcher them until their death. He is the ultimate serial killer.
