i figured part of the reason my search results and streaming abilities where being lessened which in regards to other sites is fixed by registering.

I've never registered to animedreaming and have never met a bandwidth cap. It's probably your roommates dling shit again slowing you down. Never register to sites like these. If they go down a new one will pop up. This one has been the longest running AFAIK.
