Funamation holds rights to the content in the US if they have a license for it. If the content is not licensed in the US than no one here has legal distribution rights and therefore they can not come after you. or so i believe.

No b/c I think the idea of streaming is bs honestly I would willingly pay a decent rate for what fansubs already offer for free. HOwever that applies to people that know how to encode and actually translate.

It's a cartoon, not a hollywood classic. Even still quality is rarely an issue from my experiences. It's the same as if I was to dl from a paid subscription website or raw torrent site.

i don't watch anime for quality. yes, it's nice, but the story and the show itself is more important.
