Auto balance

There really should be a autobalance for the server. i was just playing where the terrorists didn't even win a round the whole game. just seems unfair for the people stuck on the team where everyone isn't playing maxed races. autobalance could fixed a lot of that.

there is auto balance you just don't seem 2 understand what it is...

auto balance trys 2 keep the teams even, and by even I mean keeping the teams close 2 the same amount of players on each side....

that is what auto balance is...

what you're asking for is something that punishes the winning team, and forces there good players 2 the losing team in an attempt 2 make those who are playing shittyer have a better chance at winning... this does not exist nor will.

I remember PTB being the best team balance plug-in out there, but that was years and years ago. I'm sure there's something equivalent out there. Probably find something on the alliedmods forums.

When it comes to team balancing, it's all about competition right? Why would you want to stay on a team with decent people while the other team has a bunch of shitties on it? That's boring. Wouldn't you rather have evenly matched teams (skill-wise)?

I prefer being on the losing team as it is only forcing me to play better and improve my css abilities! At the end of the day you need to just deal with it. Balancing teams based off who is and isn't playing a maxed race won't work. What happens to people like me who have all the races maxed out..... Most people randomly join a team and if yours ends up being a bad team, that sucks, play better.

have for 13 years now in this game and always will.... I have no issues helping the losing team though if they really need it... but majority of the time, it's just the losing team is losing cause they simply aren't the better team... nor are working or playing as hard as the other, so I really have no sympathy for them.

every one wants 2 QQ in WCS... but never actually change there races or do anything productive 2 help their team... people will go "I'm gonna lvl this class today" and literally play that class all day lol... and then be surprised when they get pwwnd... and even after getting pwwnd still refuse 2 play a better race for the situation... it would be funny... if it wasn't a tale as old as time when it comes 2 wcs.

There you have it, basically what you are asking cant happen, "maynard always joins T" so just try to stack teams when ever you see some players that are good,or play high lvl races. Hope this helps mate, and while i completely agree with you, im sure nothing will happen since we have alot of PRO players out here who dont give a fuck.

This is getting awfully annoying. Let me break this down for you since you are to blind sided due to your and everyone else in the servers incessant whining. If the result of a team compilation is that your team is doing bad, don't blame it on "The other team is all playing maxed races." You forfeit your right to whine like a fucking infant when you refuse to make necessary changes to the current playing field to succeed. Not doing so is like wanting the person next to you to stop hitting you, instead of just moving out of reach to solve the problem, you whine as if someone cares about your idiocy.
Secondly, i would like to point out that intentionally team stacking is against are rules and people who commit the act will be punished accordingly. I was in the server last night and couldn't play for more then 1 min before hearing someone whine about something being unfair. I am becoming convinced that it has more to do with people complaining in the server and convincing others that something that was never a problem is now a problem.

Furthermore, if you have any doubts about rules and regulations, Server side upcoming updates, and anything else current with wcs all your questions, well most of them can be answered by coming to these forums. Before believing some stupid rumor from some ignorant fuck in the servers, come here and clarify it. No need to be a sheeple when you have all the resources to debunk a rumor at your disposal.

Edit: yes, the ibis community is comprised of pro players. The ibis community has weaved its self into the very fabric of the universe through means of overwhelming greatness. We did not get where we are today by kneeling to socialistic welfare activists out for equality and fairness. These problems you complain about are easily fixed by the individual expressing shear will power to adapt and overcome specific situations. This might be why the good players are good and you are well, you.

What is this whining you speak of? If you are talking about players skills, and that im "whining" because im not good enough or something, i suggest you look at your stats compared to mine, PRO. Second, noone is complaining about whos playing what race and how good they are. What is being said here, that you seem not to understand is, that people join the same teams over and over and over again. Few examples being, Ronnie will join T only on almost every T sided map, being how he has all races maxed out, some other people will follow him to his team, leaving all the pe0ple*with slower connections* to AUTO ASSIGN, or forced to join CT(which will get dominated because CT got the left overs basically).

I dont understand what it is with you guys posting about peoples skill levels. Last time i checked your not a professional league, or a team for that matter that is competing in any pro events like ESL, CEVO, or few other's out there.

This is a PUB, in which there should be sufficient rules to help all the people that come to enjoy the server and have some fun, not to get dominated by people who spam 1 team join button until it lets them, and then force the score to like 15-0 with the other team being broke, and no matter what race or what they switch to, they will still end up being dominated.

There is no rumors out there, while i don't believe we need auto balance, i would at least hope that the AUTO ASSIGN would be expected and harder enforced so that the same people don't join the same freaking teams on the same damn maps over and over, and for once try some variety so the teams can be more even.

Remember, im not complaining as i have no problems on any team or any race to enjoy this game at the highest level. Im just backing up some of these guys that do follow the rules, and expect the same from everyone else, and i dont see how making players auto assign, that consistently join the same team on the same map, can be a problem.
