For the Eden of the East movies, go to the Exiled-Destiny IRC channel and download them from there as it's hard to find a seeded torrent of them however i have no idea of the quality of the subs from this group as i haven't watched any of the releases from them.

As for Vandread, i suggest checking out http://myanimelist.net/anime.php?q=vandread and then look at the fansub list at the bottom of each anime page to find them either by torrent or IRC download.
