BaxarN and HandtrallaN are the same person. What he does is go into servers and tries to enable sv_cheats or r_drawothermodels. (A quick google search of both steamids will show this) He did it in wcs and got banned then got on his other account, bought admin and sought to exploit.

Perma banned for avoiding his other perma ban.
