It has been decided that the second season will air in April of 2013! The studio has changed from AIC Build over to A-1 Pictures. It was stated that this season will be following OreImo's "true route" (because the first season skipped some parts, from what I hear?).
There are speculations that the second season will redo the first season and follow the light novel's events more closely, and as a result might have more than 13-15 episodes. While I haven't read the light novel, I have my doubts on these speculations. Looking forward to the springtime regardless
