If its OEM you will need to find a different key. You will need to keep it the same as whetever version you have, be it home premium or professional if you want to use your same key.
I dont see why you would pirate the OS when thats what keeps your computer running. Microsoft has amazing customer service, you get alot for what you pay.

Your OEM key should work for either 32 or 64bit. You just need the 64bit install files.
