Chi town, over ruling senior despite warning

He joined the server quite drunk, witch is no excuse, asked me in steam friends what I was up to, told him I was spectating a potential wallhacker.
That was on de_westwood, then after a mapvote we went to cs_little_hotel_32, witch is a pretty bad map I must add, but I wanted it to stay on that, cause catching walls are often easier on new maps, than the classic once.

So he started spamming his mike on how bad that map was, and then proceeded to claim he would change the map, despite not having senior, and being 3'd in line. I was senior, then fallen.

I told him In admin chat not to do that, and in steam friends.
I said I will report this if you change it, he pretty much told me to fuck my self, and also kinda blew my cover. Cause I was faking afk.
In steam friends he said, go report me you fuck tard.

In the next map, he completly blew my cover, so I joined and talked to him, ( using mike ) and he kept on his attitude, that no one like the map ect, if he wanted senior, he should follow the rules of getting it.

I pretty much think that hiding behind being drunk is no excuse, and I quite frankly got pissed that he blew my cover.

Blatent Disregard for the rules by chi town, and blatent disregard for other admins undercover trying to catch admins. Sober or not it is his responsibility, and this isnt the first time hes blown a admins cover. Something needs to be done about this Retard.

Hence why I made the thread, I can honestly handle people being drunk, but there is a limit.
I did have my tag on, but I went afk by the afk manager, not by command. Also the one I speced had to dload the map.

This is True I did change the map. But He didnt tell me he was spacting a wall hacker.I asked him what was doing in spect He told me he was busy. He didn't say anything about wall hacker until after I changed the map If he would of told me what he was doing, I would of stayed at that shity map that spawns free guns for the T side "PS i was going to make a tread about this map getting removed ". Everyone in the server was lost running and couldn't find there objectives and everyone wanted to change maps But i really should of RTV it instead .In the beginning I just thought he was just being grumpy like he is some mornings when he wakes up cat wakes him up. What I did was wrong and against the rules I don't want to make up excuses for me completely piss drunk and puking blood in the morning. I was not thinking right but this shouldn't be an excuses. I been trying really hard to be a good admin and help IBIS, and what i did is extremely frowned upawnd. Normally checkster and i are somewhat friends or at least i count him as a cs friend and we fuck with each on on the server. So I didnt think it was going to make him mad + I didnt know like i said he was watching a hacker. I completely understand why i cant change the map when I`m not senior. I never done it before because i know to go check the sever first to see whos senior. I will never do it again And i apologize to checkster and the IBIS community.

Chi has been given a very strait forward warning as this is not the kind of behavior that is acceptable in this community.

the next time something like this happens, or any form of blatant admin abuse, it will result in a loss of most admin powers or even the full removal of admin depending on the scenario.
