Reserved slot not working

I got a reserved slot a couple days ago and it hasn't kicked in. My steam id is correct, so im not sure whats up. Anyone know what they problem may be.

and keep in mind before you do that reserved doesn't mean you will never have trouble getting in. if someone is in the connection slot, it will prevent you from joining till the slot is free.

Pretty sure I noticed that you have res a few days ago, the thing is use console to connect. ( admins in game can see using the sm_who command )
"connect 174.36.201.114:27015" With out the quotations and you will get in instantly.
