Banned for being TKed over and over by player Custom S 1969

I was playing on the server and a player named "Custom S 1969" was leading the map he Tked me and I slayed him the next round. He then stated he was going to join my team and TK me every turn for slaying him. The next map he proceeded to TK me at the start of the rounds. After 3 or so TKs I started to fight back but eventually stopped and returned to playing as normal. Then Checkster comes in and bans me not really sure why since everyone could hear Custom yelling in chat he was going to TK me every round. I have played in this server for a decent amount of time now and really expected higher caliber administration than what I encountered today. If you could please take a look into this for me it would be greatly apprecited, thank you.

find the demo of the incident here, the maps are listed by the time that the given map ends. download the demo, put it in your steam > steamapps > accountname > counter-strike source > cstrike folder, open console in-game, type "playdemo au" and then pick that demo from the dropdown menu, press shift + f2 to bring up a handy little menu, and let us know some specific tick marks (from the menu) where the incidents occurred. also upload the demo to your original post.

I have the demo here I watched it and you can hear him from the very start of the round talking about TKing me and then switching teams to TK me from the start of the map. Difference is he said it, you did it tho, witch the demo clearly shows.

And he messaged me to come in there and ban you, and you naturally stop, thinking there is no prof of it, but all games are recorded, and all I had to do was watch the demo you uploaded.

Demo clearly shows him Tking me twice in the first few minutes? Not sure what demo you were watching. Sorry you feel the need to defend your buddy but the demo clearly shows him TKing me and then griefing me after by shooting me down to no health. So please focus on the facts and not your emotions making assumptions like "I stopped because you are coming" is ignorant at best and really changes nothing about what occurred since it is based purely on your speculation. The facts are there your friend got upset over me slaying him and decided to throw a tantrum and grief me, then when i fight back you ban me since he is apparently your friend. If this is the type of player you want on your servers and choose to defend then by all means it is your server.

He did that cause you started the tk on him 3 maps before. I would have no problem banning custom.

Now you are just making things up Checkster, check the previous map if you like the only thing I did to your friend was slay him when he TKed me the map before. I have submitted my proof mind submitting your proof that I "TKed him 3 maps prior" I would love to see it. Can we please get an admin in here who is not a friend of Custom S and is a bit more level headed to take a look at this demo?

Just wanted to proactively attach the demo from the map prior to the incident as there are admins claiming that I TKed Custom over several maps. You will notice I didn't even join until near the end of the map and did not TK Custom at all on this map nor prior maps as I wasn't even playing then. At the end of the map Custom kills me with a grenade and I slay him to try and slow his win as he was on the last stage, he then states that next map he is doing nothing but tking me and then proceeds to in the demo I linked in my first post.
