Banned for being TKed over and over by player Custom S 1969

Just wanted to proactively attach the demo from the map prior to the incident as there are admins claiming that I TKed Custom over several maps. You will notice I didn't even join until near the end of the map and did not TK Custom at all on this map nor prior maps as I wasn't even playing then. At the end of the map Custom kills me with a grenade and I slay him to try and slow his win as he was on the last stage, he then states that next map he is doing nothing but tking me and then proceeds to in the demo I linked in my first post.

I'm just repeating what he told me.I did not review 3 dems of maps. And stop implying that I banned you cause I am his friend, I banned you cause you did not stop the tk and teambleeding.

Again Checkster this contradicts what you said earlier in this very post. You said you banned me because "I wouldn't stop TKing him". And then let me quote you from this very post "And he messaged me to come in there and ban you, and you naturally stop, thinking there is no prof of it, but all games are recorded, and all I had to do was watch the demo you uploaded. " So which is it Checkster? I really don't think there is any need for me to imply the friendship here as you have shown it to be true in this post, admitting to taking his word for it from a private message of some sort. We all make mistakes I hope you have the maturity to admit when you have made a pretty clear and obvious one.

Reson for ban, tk/teambleeding, like the demo clearly shows, I never said that I took his word for it, and then banned you, I saw the demo of legomafia and reconnected to the gg.
I do not care if he tk'ed you twise, you have the option to slay, but you keept doing it the entire map, and shooting him down to low hp.
If any admin thinks that's ok behavior please come tell me that's the type of people we want in here.

Checkster has been warned about not listening 2 people... admins need 2 see or hear problems as they occur, not be told by a biased person what happened....

both you were Tk'ing, you're both at fault and you should have both been banned.

when someone says "I'm gonna break the rules" your response should not be "well fuck you! I'm gonna break them back on you!" it should be 2 track down an admin and have them deal with the offending person. if someone keeps tking you for fun, you can easily get an admin, tell them what hap it happened on and report them 2 that admin.. if you can't find an admin, you always have the option of making a ban request on the forums.

breaking the rules should not be met with more breaking the rules...

every 1 involved in this situation failed...

Checkster, do you job properly next time, which means do not listen 2 shit second hand... and ban the right person....

Checkster he tked him first Twice, And you dont care? The hell is wrong with you? I would have kicked the guy for tking me after the 2nd time, he was doing it on purpose. Killer it doesnt make it right for what you did but i am not excusing custom. Custom should have been banned also.
