Updated with all the proper ticks - there's no friggin' way this is legit (I've spent nearly an hour reviewing this and I'm sure as I can be).

Yeah I agree that he is hacking. Took quite a bit of time to review all of this and attempted to review it in a way that would try to debunk the ticks rather than prove them..more of the tick marks ended up being conclusive than not (However, there were some inconclusive tick marks in there, as you stated yourself beside them). I would just ask for the future to keep your tick marks to conclusive evidence only, as to speed up the process. I usually end up watching way more than the provided tick marks anyway, to get a good feel of the demo and the person playing.

In conclusion, hacks!

The tics are for militia. He was not in nipper but 2 rounds.

Reviewing now though I believe Steamer is doing this as well.

edit: never mind that, Steamer will have to take care of this one. I do not have cs_militia_nolag and can not find it via google or gamebanana. It would either take someone sending me the map file, going in an IBIS server and changing the map, or what I wish was in place would be an IBIS map repository to allow for the download of any or all active maps.

5400 = Sound, radar, good reaction of way you tele, could be luck.
11700 = Meh.
21400 = Checking back, so what.
30500 = Really odd... but you did knife at the other guy and put yourself on radar, though position fired was almost direct, inconclusive.
55000 = Kill on cyber was because of mic.
65000 = He heard someone knifing as did I, I would of turned around also, you happened to be in his line of sight luckily, dead.
69500 = So, I change mine up at times also, my shooting can vary greatly, as do all others.

I'm with you on this one. The closest I saw was the kill on Tom near 1400 but that was only questionable. Everything normalizes further into the demo and it looks as if he has a grasp on WCS. Note that IBIS isn't the only server running this or a similar mod so saying someone new to the server ≠ new to wcs/mods. Towards the end of the demo the only thing I would have came CLOSE to banning him on would be radar hacks... not ESP or walls... and I still would not have banned this guy based off the demos provided.

You two may be right. I was really iffy on this one for a while which is why I spent a lot of time reviewing this particular demo. There were more things that I couldn't personally explain which is why I voted yes. I'm usually the one going against the grain so good on you guys!
