Tick 54000(use first person) Holy attempts to grab the lightsaber; being unsuccessful, he moves toward the room’s exit. There, two predators are in clear view and well within his field of vision; he promptly stops short and disconnects by user, successfully avoiding a tag. You had only stopped moving (to press your escape key) after you saw the zombie. One of the preds had his parachute deployed and the other’s shadow was in plain sight. An experienced player such as yourself can easily spot a predator class zombie, huge parachute deployed or not. Holy reconnects to the server shortly. Tyrant warns him that he will be sitting out the next round as punishment for disconnecting from zombies. Holy ignores Tyrant. When Holy attempts to spawn with the zombies, Tyrant promptly slay him. Holy asks for an explanation, but rather than listen, he makes his own assertions, pointedly denies any explanation that Tyrant provides, and proceeds with disrespecting Tyrant and other players in spectate; claiming that we are pussies and suck too much to play escape maps, the sorts, etc. At this point, Pl@y gags him.
(Rest of the demo) Pootie joins, and we see Holy’s words (and insults) being channeled through him. If you can insult us through Pootie, then you can easily explain to Pootie whatever you said that earned you the gag. Is it that hard to tell him that you were persisting to insult and egg us on? Thus, we left Pootie’s inquiries unanswered, as he seemed to be slightly aware of the situation, but like Holy, somehow found that his existence required better reasoning than “disrespect.”

Tick12800: Holy reconnects after his connection failed from the previous round. However, rather than join a team, he intentionally stays in spectate. 16 seconds pass, and the first zombies spawn. Holy follows suit 5 seconds later (tick 13900)
His connection fails later that round, and he reconnects at tick 20,000. From there, he stays in spec yet again, waiting the 22 seconds for the zombies to spawn. This time, his spawn is timed milliseconds after the first zombie spawned (intentionally waiting to use zspawn). His connection fails again at 25,400.
Tick 27000: Holy reconnects to the server just as the round ends and stays in spectate. He waits in spectate for 29 seconds; once again, he spawns as soon as the first zombies are selected (tick 30,000). However, this time, he disconnects by user at 37,700, and reconnects as the next round starts (38,000). He waits 26 seconds in spectate, and then spawns with the alpha zombies. Pl@y promptly kicks him at 41000. From tick 42800 on, Holy argues with tyrant and Pl@y. Holy shows that he knows his zspawning on escape maps is boosting his rank as he remarks “scared that I’ll get my rank too high>?” and argues that he is playing as a zombie for “fun.” Tyrant warns him to stop spawning as a zombie, to which he replied by repeatedly denied that he was manipulating and claimed that Tyrant and Pl@y were wrong because he couldn’t possibly be manipulating just because he says he’s playing zombie for “fun.” Holy continues to go on with his denials and at one point speculates that he will be spawning as a zombie every round and that he could make another account to do just that. Tyrant issues a third warning to not spawn late. Pl@y gags him at tick 55,900 for his dogged insistence that “he was not doing anything wrong” and persisting to argue with us. Holy revives the deathstar issue on the mic, asking Tyrant what kind of demos he had of him disconnecting from zombies. Tyrant only figured out a part of what he said as there was another player talking over Holy, and at the time, the mics in server were cutting out on Tyrant. Pl@y mutes Holy, to which he replied with a disconnect. He was then banned for 1440 minutes for circumventing the gag and the mute. This ban was later upgraded for disrupting the tag process and manipulating rank.
You had more than enough time to spawn as a human and buy your weapons. Your spawning at the same time as the first zombies was timed and was no coincidence. The repeated use of zspawn to join illegally was intentional.
A player may not, by any means, bypass the tagging process to continually play as a zombie
Any form of rank manipulation will not be tolerated
As a player who’s been a part of the community for years, as a ZM regular with nearly 1000 hours, and as a former admin you should know the ZM rules. You often quote the rules to other people in server, yet you fail to respect admins as well as other players, you refuse to accept the verdict of the authorities in server, you place yourself above an admin’s punishment, and you have blatantly abused the zspawn feature. This is nothing different from what Hallwagner did late last year.
