"pissing me off" is not a legitimate reason to ban someone. If you do not have a legitimate reason to ban someone then it is abuse. If you have a legitimate reason to ban someone then put said reason into the description for the ban.

So, if you had good reason to ban meltdown for 10 minutes then go back and fix the ban description.
