Help? SourceTV demo and Steam ID

I wanna throw up the question if it's possible to conceal your steam id from source tv and if there's any way to find this user's steam id despite whatever program he may be using.

The reason I'm asking is because the server and sourcetv never detected this user ever connecting to the server (after the round started), plus everyone screaming hacker made him leave before the first round ended. The fact that pyschostats never registered any of his aliases, profile, ID, etc, and that his entry into the server was never noted in the chat/console log puzzles me the most. Or at least, I can't find them

This is what I'm talking about. Silently joins in spectator as "bgsports96" and joins after the zombies spawn. Then commences to switch to other player's names somewhat slowly all while speed hacking. Clearly a classic zombie should not outrun two fast zombies in two seconds. If anyone could go ahead complete a ban for this guy, your help is appreciated

edit: ps. sorry if this was made in an inappropriate section; more or less, it's a "help me become a better hacker catcher" thread and did not seem to fit in the "User Help" forum..... idk ._.
