a 1 week ban is excessive for a first tk offense, unless a specific reason or outstanding circumstance is presented which it isnt in this case.

get some sleep, go to work/school, check back tomorrow afternoon. they'll probably have to talk with the banning admin or pull the demo so it'll take time, can't just take your word for it unfortunately. rest assured it'll be handled properly in a fairly timely manner.
