I wont vote yet, but I will say this:

I watched up to 30k on the first demo (dejobro is playing from the start)..and I saw absolutely nothing. That said, there are no specific ticks so unless you have something in mind or he starts hacking in the second demo, I would vote Unban..but I will wait until I can review the second demo..I have to go to work now.

Watched the second demo and the first over again, slowed it down like you said. I don't see anything conclusive enough to warrant a perma ban. I definitely don't think that he's walling, using aimbot, or aim assist. As for no recoil, with sv_showimpacts 1, there doesn't appear to be anything out of the ordinary. I'm voting inconclusive. Trouble is a terrible map to judge walls on..and the aims just aren't there, IMO. Second demo shows no proof of walling either, as it's rather short, as well. I have a decent eye..I don't think I would be ULA if I didn't..however, I'm not keen on perma banning people for demos that could be "open for interpretation". That's all.
