You said "youre only as good as your weakest player..." They wouldn't become as good as their weakest player. They'll do worse but not as bad as their weakest player. For example, five IM players vs 4 CGS players and an O random. The CGS team will still come out on top even though their weakest player is worse.

Maybe the team captains could assign a... um... lower quality player to the opposite team... Like say whyt doesn't see anyone left that he really wants to pick. He could put me on turtles team and fuck him over... that way we have a role too!!!!
