this guy was bouncy bouncy the whole round when i was speccing him, but it's really toned down in the sourcetv demo. i thought i was gonna have to unban but then i watched from tick 51500. that 228 kill...completely unnatural shimmy. normally i wouldn't make a ban on 1 or 2 kills like that but that's what every single kill looked like when i was speccing him in-game.

if it's not enough to go on then i'd love to have him unbanned, don't want legit players gone, but what i was seeing in-game was muuuch more conspicuous than on sourcetv.
