Really all you need is to do is watch the classy.dem at tike 68000 do r_drawothermodels 2. Follows numerous people through walls and all of his shots hit the head... even if they are behind a wall. Best to slow down right before he kills and afk terrorist in spawn. Even on the barely slowest setting, his crosshair snaps right to the middle of the head hit box.
