Someone uses an account to hack and cheat on your IP be it you or not, you and all accounts are banned. There is no circumstantial, that's how it works here. It is your responsibility to secure your connections, who you let use them, and how they do that. That is all.

Im sorry. but when I am in a dorm where 20 people hook up to the same router. You dont know who is who on that IP. IP is not a person. ipv6 will change to atleast IP is a certan machine, not a possble machine of 20, but its still not a person.

Let me rephrase what I ment: I agree with the basic points behind them, being skyrim is addicting, but my brother never even installed it which makes those points useless because he was playing CSS instead of skyrim which I allowed him to use my pc for only. I never logged in because I knew how addicting skyrim was/is and I figured my brother would really enjoy playing it for a while and I didn't really NEED the computer, so I let him have it for a few days.
