Obamacare in its current form is only constitutional if it is considered a tax. Its horrible, Its not a crime to falsify military service and decorations because it is freedom of speech but the government will now mandate everyone pays for health insurance? If the general population stopped eating mc donalds everyday and took it upon them selves to put in a little physical effort to stay healthy, we wouldn't need this kind of shit.

Im sorry but all the countries I know that have an even more socialized version of this are healthier (I mean where way healthier when it was implemented and currently are healthier). I dont think it matters that we are the fattest country in the world this time around. Though Yes I agree, people should start taking care of themself. I like mcdonalds, but the MOST I would have it is 2 times a week. Gets a bit much after that.
