edit: picture's terrible, but it's taco seasoning, pepper, and garlic crusted steak, accompanied by fried onion and pepper rice, and garnished with bbq sauce with cninamon, pepper, tabasco, and vinegar mixxed in.
the cheese on top is shredded pepper jack.
