Just because someone else murdered someone, does it make it right for you to do the same? No. You admitted to why you were banned, for TK, i dont know about the other guys since u didnt put the demo but if your telling the truth, than he will be banned also, but you have to provide your own proof if you want something done. You will still be banned so wait it out, but you can get the other guy banned.

Well what am I supposed to do? I tried switching teams (he followed me as soon as he could), I tried to get an admin in but everyone on my list was offline that had that kind of power. I don't understand why I should be punished (for a week) when I was only trying to defend myself.

I cant review the demos right now, but i will say this. You admit that you retaliated against the TKer. That is not an excuse, ever. If everyone was offline, you dont have the right people on your list. Maynard is always on, along with a lot of other admins and clan. At the very least you could have come here and PMed someone..not an immediate solution, but given your ban history..id say you should think twice before breaking server rules.

While it is my personal belief that if someone hits you then you have every right to hit back (eye for an eye and all), but obviously this belief is not shared by the admins and in the future I will conduct myself within the lines of the server and its rules. I appreciate your involvement in this and hope we can come to a speedy resolution. I do admit that sometimes I lose my temper (see the previous bans for teamkilling, though honestly the memories are quite fuzzy), I just want to stress how utterly infuriating it is to sit on my hands while nothing happens (not now, but then).

To be fair, wouldn't this be the third, since the one automatic one is more or less the current one? (albeit extended by a ton)

The first (between 74,000 ticks and 80,000 ticks) is when he starts to teamkill me at the very end of the map. The admin Meltdown.ibis did nothing to stop what was going on.
