How did he/she abuse:

Abuse of powers to give himself an advantage:

• Repeatedly tries to avoid the tag process through self slays.
• Uses powers to get his own way in barricades, despite lacking ownership of the cade.

Tick 4500: Successfully slays himself to avoid being tagged.
Tick 35,000: Attempts to slay himself to avoid being tagged. Ends up being a couple seconds slow, and ends up taking himself out for the round.
Tick 50,000: Outty slays another player when the barricade isn't being built to Outty's liking. This other player happens to be the owner of the barricade
Tick 55,000: After busying himself with the previous slay, a zombie enters the room. Outty promptly moves to a corner and slays himself, avoiding the tag process. Zombie comments "really?" but does not press the issue.
Tick 60,000: Bans the player BealDMF for 500 minutes when he does not build the barricade to Outty's liking. BealDMF also happened to be the owner of the barricade.
Tick 65,000: Yet again, slays himself to avoid being tagged.
Tick 73,000: Attempts to avoid being tagged, but fails and slays himself after getting tagged.
