Admin Abuse: <ibis.a> _tigger 7/29/12

This is posted for Christophersen, who is a real life friend of mine that asked me to take a look at this.

How did he/she abuse (See TOS): Tigger was drugging and blinding Christophersen during rounds to gain an advantage, eventually to the point where Chris get's sick of it and just quits.

Start the demo at tick 77,000. During this round Chris was drugged, and Tigger even asks "drugs not working?". Every round after this Tigger blinds Chris, as is evident from his wayward swinging. Admin logs will have to be pulled if this isn't proof enough, as sourcetv console does not show admin commands.
