Be careful about the prepaid cards. I've tried in the past, gotten the card money uploaded to paypal, but when i go from the IBIS site to pay pal to use the money for activation, it doesn't recognize it. It took a credit card activation to start admin, and at the next month it THEN took money from the reserves that were put on with the pre-paid card.
Personally, I suggest going through Paypal help desk and going the CC route as it's the fastest, and (usually) easiest way. GL

Reason I don't is because I honestly don't trust ANY online sights to hold information on me. Be it paypal, Amazon, that store I bought my last anime body pillow, I never save CC#'s or banking info. Yes they have 256bit encryptions for most and SSL, but I just don't leave it up to chance despite my complex passwords (Paypal hasn't exactly had a clean history with accounts being secure...).

Chef, I dont give a shit who gets my CC info, the reason why, is you always get the money back when you report it stolen.
The safty put on CC info is there for a reason. Now im not saying give it to any person on the street, but the CC number on its own is useless.
