This is to cover and comment on the events of the official saimoe that takes place only in jp. Yes it does suck that those of us over here can not vote but honestly most people over here do not even know who a lot of those people are. Perhaps they should issue a test and those who pass can vote lol.

No surprise to see Mahiru pass. I am interested to see how far she goes this year she beat out the china girl from IS and the sister from SS+ plus.

Well I could see that as I know how popular characters like Yuno are over there but seriously Saki is better

Other selections are obvious choices vs others. I will say that they did correctly place Yoshinoya second to Illyasviel but she should have gotten more votes than she did Yoshinoya is from hidamari sketch btw new season this fall if you have not watched you better do it right now

Nako wins and I do not know why that is not the headline although Maria did put up a good fight. I am surprised that Mero got as much as she did vs Maria as there is a large gap in character development between those two.

I'd probably fail this voter eligibility test. I've heard of all of these shows, but a lot I haven't watched. As such, I'm (probably?) gonna be a bystander because my insight is worthless... even if I do share, my musings will be ill-founded and plain ignorant


I am also having difficulty looking at the results and who's running against who.... google translate butchered everything, even some of the familiar titles and names are hard to make out. I'm probably doing something wrong anyway... >__<

Has anyone watched Saki Episode of Side A, because clearly, there's something about that show... in that last round, 10 of the 32 competitors were from that show, and 9 of them moved on to the next round (and I bet all of them would have moved on if two of those characters weren't paired against each other.)


9 out of 16 winners.
Did I mention that 8 of them were in the top10 for most votes gotten in the last round?
*whistles* Damn! O.O


The only one standing in their way, and barely, is Akari Akaza... seeing how the popular Sena and Shana didn't even make it to that top 10, and Louise only ranks 8... not to mention that Mio Akiyama, Tsukihi Araragi, and Hitagi Senjougahara got floored in this last event....
