Your best bet would be to post an unban thread rather than this. Here in admin abuse you have to provide your own proof and convince the clan that he did abuse, in the unban the admin has to justify his ban, which usually goes a little faster. I Suggest doing it that way and asking for this one to be closed. Some admins have sandy vagina's but this case doesn't seem enough to have action taken against the admin in question.

Also your ban was for only 10 minutes and has already expired. Most clan members wont even look into it if it's this short of a ban unless they feel like being dicks.
