Nissan has been an admin for along time, but iv'e never seen him do anything wrong. He hasn't even posted on the situation. Maybe he should be informed on what he did, or remind him the rule about using commands on other admins.

Nothing is going to be done, he's been a fair admin for along time, maybe a warning and he might be told to read the rules and possibly a tight leash is my guess... We should all just get along and be 1 big happy family!
