Reason to perma ban: Team kill - multiple infractions

He has been banned for tking me multiple times (as you can see in sourcebans), and he won't stop doing it, even when admins are on. Aparently it is a personal thing for him. I still don't know what it is, me slaying him for TKing me? well, dont tk me dbag.

I won't lie, I am sick and tired of this dude tking every time he's got a chance, he tks the shit out of me even when admins are around, every round, every map. It is sickening. Today he did it for 4 maps in a row (2 of them in front of Forsaken, but I dunno if he was AFK or something cause it took him 10 rounds to spectate and as soon as he did that, spike stops tking me)

He ain't the only one, but he is the one who does it the most, so I'm only posting about him.

I'm posting 2 of those maps, shotty and training yard. In shotty I slay as soon as he tks me in nade round, dick move but this is been going on for a while, so it is me retaliating. After that you can see him knifing me in spawn every round, until forsaken spectates.

In the second map, training yard, with no admin around he just shoots and knifes me every time he gets a chance. And no, its not accidental, and this is why:

Tick 7000 - he joins CT
Tick 9800 - he joins T
Tick 11800 - He spawns as T and starts following me, tries to stab me and fails, gets killed trying to stab me again and I laugh after I die.
Tick 17000 - He starts following me again, but he stops after I rush the CTS.
Tick 18000 - He sees I am getting shot and decides to shoot me too, but I'm dead already.

So far, it is whatever, normal bs and then...

Tick 18800 - After we spawn he doesn't "follow" me but goes to the top of the barrier, looks for me and shoots me in the back (this is still spawn with no one in front of us)

After this he calms down a tad, but everyone starts tking him, why? I have no clue, as I didn't say a single word during the whole map, I didn't even retaliate at all. And then...

Tick 34300 - He starts doing the same thing he was doing at tick 18800, we spawn, he goes to the top of the barrier, looks for me and shoots the shit out of me. We are all killed pretty quickly, so when we spawn again he goes ahead and does the exact thing, goes to the top of the barries, looks for me, and shoots me and our teammates. This goes on for the rest of the map.

If you keep watching it gets worst, but I won't go into details, I'll just say it becomes a clusterfuck of spike, chile and naked shooting and knifing each other and me getting fucked in the crossfire.
