    zero? would this look ok?
    http://images2.layoutsparks.com/1/25...t-red-drip.jpg
    perhaps maybe changing the black color a bit, but leave the blood dripping on the sides?
    the background u suggested still has higher likeness tho.

    again, how about collapsable menus for homapage? to DOCK sections that we dont want to see?

    Also what do you guys think about this to replace the current background texture:
    As long as it loads properly on at least 1920x1080 without the ugly low res img repeat. I'm talking about where the background and the repeat background image meet. I've seen this background used on other sites well including some task app I had but it doesn't mesh or blend well at the border when it repeats.

    Probably best to just make it stretch although I could modify it to make it so it repeats better.

    Also I just realized that if you middle click it will open up replay to topic in a new tab but in the full version. This can get you there fast for users that care.

    Breacrumbs makes it so you can see the links

    At the bottom as well so that it is easier to navigate the forums.

    As for the mod one, it does not send it to the moderators but the person who owns the thread or post. For example if a mod closed your thread you would get a pm telling you. Likewise if they deleted your post you would get a message telling you.

    he could remove the bottom dark shadin and blurr the bottom and top to have it repeat.
    or simply add a similar shaddow to the top .
    better yet is to edit the image himself , and add at the top some patterns that would connect to the bottom batters as if the image was connected as a cylinder. but that would need some artistic touch.

    most likely double posting unless someone posts first,
    but zero? is there a way you can have it that the mod thing keeps a copy of deleted posts ? i.e it tells u what post has been deleted or closed and shows u the content of that post?
    this would be great considering that many mods erase a lot of posts...specially some that think smthn is irrelevant when it isnt. plus it keeps track of the community better.

    It always has done and does do that. When I and other mods view the forums we can see where stuff was deleted and view the original content.

    Oh.. ok well they all sound good then

    zero if you want me to test backgrounds i can easy use my Http file server on my computer and edit it mimic the ibis site.... just need to show me where to put the image file link in line of code.... not much of a site coder
    http://forum-skins.com/forum/images/...background.jpg
    Code:
    <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
    <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" dir="ltr" lang="en" id="vbulletin_html">
    <head>
    	<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1" />
    <meta id="e_vb_meta_bburl" name="vb_meta_bburl" content="http://www.ibisgaming.com/forums" />
    <base href="http://www.ibisgaming.com/forums/" /><!--[if IE]></base><![endif]-->
    <meta name="generator" content="vBulletin 4.1.2" />
    and then people could preview it
    http://magserver.dyndns-server.com/ not real ibis site
