there was an insult in there but the question was legitimate given the numerous uses of the word bitch.

"bitch" can be used as a verb, i.e. "all thecat does is bitch." in this case, it is a synonym for "complain." however when used as an adjective, bitch implies what i listed above. so if someone's bitchy, they're belligerent, unreasonable, malicious, rudely intrusive or aggressive. when they're bitching, they're complaining. the writing of this award as "bitchiest" implies the adjective use of the word, whereas "bitchingest" would describe what you think of it as.
