Took an ibis, simplified it to be like a logo, and incorporated the name.

May add a gun or two for the "WE PLAY CS" effect.

anyways this is what I think the logo should be, THE LOGO, not the banner and the background color has nothing to do with the LOGO, its just there to show the LOGO in different colors.
