Christmas, are you the new Grammar Nazi? As long as we can understand each other to the point of being able to communicate, then there's no need for perfect grammar.

As long as it isn't something that takes us as long to type as it does to read.. Such as..

We really need to stop harping on each other all the time because of little flaws. I have them. You guys have them. We all have them, and we should learn to tolerate each other despite these flaws.
