it may be a gas guzzler but its basically indestructible. have you ever seen a minivan plow through a group of cars and come out the other side and still able to work??? have you ever seen a minivan crash through multiple walls of a building only to drive away??
you never know when your gonna need to get off of the surface streets and go a little urban off-roading through building and other vehicles. plus your typical humvee out weighs your minivan so its harder to flip at higher speeds.

Go with a Jeep !
Take the soft top off and rig up a mount, add .50 Cal Done![]()
it doesn't matter if its zombies or soldiers. just the ability to do it is all that matters. haven't you ever heard the saying "no matter how good you plan something out, it always gets fucked up" yes your right I may not need to go crashing through walls and cars but if I needed to its good to be sitting in a vehicle that is already capable of doing it.
plus you don't know how zombies are gonna be. we won't know until it happens, it could be slow and clumsy or fast and smart. but like I said its better to be sitting in something that is fast, protective and heavy.
oh and one more plus of the humvee of the van, it already has slots in it to stick the barral of a gun out and shot at shit. while in a van you gotta either roll down the windows completely or keep the door open. to much open space on a van.

I have a better chance of acquiring a humvee than an APC or a BRADLEY.
doesn't matter if you can make them or not, why spend the time making them when there already on a humvee??
dude your zombie plan is gonna fail within the first 15 minutes of a zombie apocalypse. I'm gonna drive by in my humvee and see you standing on the side of the road and guess what??? I'm gonna drive by flipping you off!!!!![]()
