Actually it is the evidence that matters.

Inthebutt was accused of admin abuse, and no proof was given.

Mal has accused me of purposely bending the rules in my favor. That again is unproven.

Proof is required for an admin abuse declaration to hold any merit. Malissin has continued to show that he is unable to show any for his accusations.

If that was the case inthebutt and James probably wouldn't have their admin anymore.

Or certain powers would be gone.

If neither is the case I would say that either he doesn't have them, refuses the send them, or ZERO/Jigsaw didn't find the demos to be convincing.

And I would think that someone would tell either of them to cool off when it comes to something.

I believe I said glitching, but the round wasn't even that long and I concentrated on talking to another long-time admin about the issue to make sure I was actually enforcing a common rule.

Sitting in glitched areas isn't against the rules if you can't make it in the first place. The machine was almost on you the first time, maybe a little more than halfway. The second time you were clearly more dug in. Still, it is a dead issue because I dropped it and had even said that we wouldn't have that problem in the future if you had done the same thing the next map.

The muting was also not a big deal, and in no way a form of admin abuse. You continued to get on my case about the discussion, I told you five times to stop, and you continued to press. If you had stayed the round you would have been un-muted. Not a big deal. Not abusing my powers as admin.

I have not seen a single ounce of proof to believe that inthebutt abuses his admin.

He is a douchebag when it comes to being an admin, but he plays by the rules.
