Also for the record I cannot understand how the PUB ranks work. You can go 20-15 and go up like 10 ranks and then the next map go 30-1 and then magically go down.

Weird.

Pub ranking is crazy... It depends heavily on who is actually in the server. If you go 30-15 against shitties (low ranking noobs), vs 30-15 vs high ranking players... your rank will most likely suffer in the first scenario vs. going up in the second scenario.

Bottom line:
Getting killed by low ranks really hurts your skill/rank.
Killing higher ranks helps it.
