I just wanted to point out that about a month ago I warned Perry about his behavior. Despite this he basically made a joke about the warning and continued to flame the forums. Finally when he decided to make a fake account called yourfucked for the only purpose of starting a flame war and spamming the forums this was the final nail in the coffin. He was given almost a month to shape up and did nothing and in the end by making mutiple accounts showed he truly had no interest in following the rules.

When I said that I was going to be cracking down on shit a week or so ago I was not joking. As seen even the moderators have been much more active. By the end of the year I want IBIS to have its servers and shit back together so we can go into next year ready to have some fun on some new servers with a growing community.
