While you can not get into trouble for disrespect if the admin starts it you can still get in trouble for mic spamming if you start to flip out and then the admin must take action to stop it from disrupting the server. If you wanted to have an open public name calling spell you can take it into the forums where it is not disrupting game play. For this NYS's actions were too harsh he should have banned for no longer than an hour and muted you first.

NYS you need to watch the lengths and make sure that they are logical, if you continue to make ban lengths that are too long you will get into trobble.

Although I disagree with you in your reply. I will let other admins handle these players who have no respect to to other people and admins. I'll just stick to the gun game and my home, the pub. acutally i didnt mic spam, i yelled into the mic and he kicked me without warning.

then he disrespected my girlfriend and i disrespected him and did not mic spam. then he banned me

the ban wasn't about me yelling into the mic, it was because i told him to shut the fuck up and said he likes penis after he was being a dick.
So why did i get punished again? if i did nothing wrong? That sounds like admin abuse to me.
