Why is not ? Cause console after viewing a demo and there will be status all players. There there is all Steam ID who was in game

STEAM_0:1:17585866 ? Is that correct ? If it is then it shows he wasnt hacking. Look at those steamid stats. It clearly shows that he was hacking on your console but from the stats it does not show it Weird.
