I was playing some zombie mod earlier and I did a vote to see how many people were on the forums, only a few people said yes.
We need more people on the forums, there are only a few people that actually post.
I am hoping that we can find a way to get more people to join the ibis community.

In many games, like garrys mod, or L4D and such I dont go to the forums of the server I play on.
Best you can do as an admin is to make the enviroment they play in as best as you can, dont try to force them onto the forums.

This is true, half of the people who did come to the servers were sometimes just passing by. The other half who did stay though didn't shove this kind of stuff down our throat as they knew anything that would needed to be addressed had already been so. In reality if everyone HAD to sign up on the forums if they were to play ZM at all most of the content on this forum would be garbage. Period.

Still doesn't change the fact that every ZM regular who has registered during 2012-now have either not posted frequently or proven themselves dunces. Either way, the new ones haven't been making the best of impressions, nor the most memorable. Stupidity or silence seems to be a trend.


I think it was mentioned earlier, but many regulars, not just ZM regulars, are content to browse the forums every now and then for updates and news. Few have the inclination to sign up, stick around, and post.
