tried to get in-game, told me wcs was running a newer version. left css, opened it up again, said it had to optimize and it'd just take a few minutes. 15 minutes later, i notice it's frozen. i wait another 10 minutes, then end the task. re-open steam, try again, same thing, frozen. restarted steam again, uninstalled css. now it's stuck on preparing files for install.

So reportedly if you have files in the custom file for skins and such it freezes your game at joining server. 0 files in there game runs fine. So atm whats broken is custom weapon skins, model skins, scripts, and sounds. So pretty much everything.

I tried making like 15 .vpk files for skins and still nothing did some searching and people saying mods are broken.

So guess i'm back to the loud annoying sounds of CS:S than my modded ones :(

Read all the before stuff, thought this was the major issue and shrugged it off - after all I'm a pureset, haven't done squat to my files

The update froze my steam twice in a row. It finally worked the third time when I restarted steam and let it run for 15 minutes without touching my computer.
